Multiple View App with Buttons and then Tabs

Hey guys,

Can anyone give me some good tutorials for Multi View apps that would help me achieve the following:

- Home Page with 6 Buttons linked to 6 individual views
6 views including:
- 4 views having a Scroll View on them.
- 1 view having a Tabbed View with 4 tabs that has a scroll view allowing for a lot of text.
- 1 view having 16 buttons to 16 individual views.
- All 16 views having a Tabbed View which has 2 tabs. Each view to have a scroll vies that allows a lot of text.

Any direction / help I would be ever so helpful.
