Adding Predetermined Contacts

I have been looking through tutorials, and all of them focus on the user's ability to add new contacts. I was wondering if someone could make a tutorial on how to add predetermined contacts. For example, an app on must have contacts, like emergency numbers, etc. An app where the developer had already inputted all the contact info, and all the user had to do was tap to add them to their contacts.
