User uploads info to location based app

I have built a few basic apps, and i have learnt a whole heap in the last few weeks, but I cant find a tutorial for what I want to do.

My goal;
To build an app where users can add a location on the map, and they can add info and details for the location. Also a search for directions and details of the nearest saved location etc.

Im looking for a tutorial where I can build the component of uploading info to the location based database, and how to show this up in the app with about 4 or 5 drop boxes of options.

Any ideas?

OK, so I guess what I need to do is two things...

A) create a form, like a "contact me" form that you'd find on a website, with text boxes, that get sent to my email. this information will need to include current location coordinates

B) i need to be able to put that information into a database or something that the app can retrieve the information off to display in the app.

Can anyone help me with A or B issues?
