Need a tutorial for producing a sound with iPhone

Hi,

I am searching for a tutorial that deals with issues like "producing and/or emitting a sound".
Unfortunately I'm a newbie in programming apps. The only tutorial I have done so far was "Hello World". Indeed I have a wide experience with C#, but I don't know if this is helpful.

Just google "iphone sdk, sound". There are lots of tutorials already made.
