Tutorial Request: VERY simple word processor.

I have been looking all over for a tutorial on creating a very simple word processor app. It basically shouldn't do more than write text, save and load. It doesn't matter if the tutorial is iphone, ipad or mac orientated.

Any link to helpful tutorials on the subject would also be nice =)
