Adding more Tabs ???

I have just about completed my first app and am wondering how I add more views for the tabs I have made. I started with the Tab View which comes with two tabs, dropped in 3 more tabs but how do make them independent of each other and add seperate working views?

ie; Phone View, Map View, Web View, PDF view ect

In Interface builder, you just drag the the TabBarController object from library in your file's owner window and after that drag the TabBar item from library to the view that's it .........

Right Click on classes, click add files, ViewController with xib, add them to the classes group, make a new tab item and then from the drop down menu select the xib of the new view you just made.
