Map Kit, Annotation, Segmented Control

Hi

so I have been struggling for over a week to get a map, centered on a coordinate, with 1 annotation(containing title and subtitle) and a UISegmentedcontrol for the 3 map types(in a toolbar at the bottom).

If there is anyone out there that can help walk me through this, I would be deeply grateful.
