MKMapView SQLite Help

Hello,

Newbie here. I was hoping someone could direct me to a tutorial on how to pre- load annotations into MKMapView using lat/lon pulled from a SQLite database?

I have the basic functionality for getting everything setup and adding annotations but I's rather not hard code each annotation. Can anyone help?

If there is a better way to get this down using core data I'm open to that too?
