offline maps for iPhone

Dear All,

We are developing a iPhone application on which we need to show offline goggle maps which can show hotels without internet connectivity.
We have searched about it how to implement offline maps but could not find any solution for the same.
How can i get the images from google with all the information like logintude and latititude and store it in our local database like sqllite.
If anyone implement offline google maps, please tell me in details how to do this.
Can google provide us any database about it?
