Hello,is it possible to get a mac/iphone emulator for the pc so you can produce programs for the iphone.

Yes there is! its called hackintosh.com
But really, If you plan on selling/releasing your app in the app store you have to dev on a mac(OS)EDIT using keys. Snow Leopard if you need to dev on the latest SDK.

Why would you need to dev on an actual mac for release in the app store, is this something that Apple checks during the review process?
