How do I create a video tutorial

QuickTime Player has the ability to capture a video from the screen.

Sorry for the shameless plug, but you could try our software (link below) which lets you record just the iPhone Simulator screen.

I downloaded and tried out SimCap. I have to say, I liked it. No messing with the size of the recording window, and it can capture the mouse and clicks.
