Zooming the tab bars or segment bar in an application

Hi,

I am working on an application in which i need to zoom the tab bars/segment bar..Let me explain.

I have a tab bar/segment bar in the bottom of a view..now when the user taps on it, it gets "zoom in". Like this when the user goes over to another tab bar/segment bar the first one gets zoom out and the second one on which the user taps gets zoomed in..

If anybody can help me..please do the same
