Default Multi-Part Tutorial: Advanced RSS Reader - Very in-depth from idea to publishing!

Hey Hey!

After the wonderful success of my original SQLite tutorial and Advanced RSS Reader tutorials I decided to start a multi-part tutorial series that will go from downloading the SDK through to getting the application published on the App Store (if Apple approve it!).

The series will take you through getting all the tools, installing them, starting a new project, doing all the coding + testing and coming out with a full, high quality application.

We will be using UINavigationControllers, UITableViews, UIWebViews, SQLite, TouchXML and much much more!

You can see the first installment at RSS Reader (Part 1): Getting started with iPhone Development | dBlog.com.au

Make sure to follow me on twitter at @bigclick_dean to get notified of the new installments.

Cheers and Good Luck!
Dean

Default Advance RSS Reader part 3?

If i *cough* loudly will you reply with an update as to when the next tutorial in this series will be posted? - only joking about the *cough* of course, but i am quite interested in what you are going to be doing... especially regarding implementing an 'Advanced' RSS Reader & using SQLite.

Thanks

Well part 4 is out now, it goes over setting up the delegates for the UITabBar and UINavigationController.

Very in-depth as usual and includes source files.

Next part is going to go over setting up the SQLite database and building the drill-down part.

Cheers,
Dean
