Server Migration, Site Outage Announcement

As a part of the performance upgrades I mentioned previously, iPhone Dev SDK is being moved to a new server which will only run iPhone Dev SDK. We'll be taking advantage of upgrades to CentOS, the Linux kernel, Apache, MySQL, and PHP. It's a fresh environment I just finished building last night.

My expectation is to begin the migration process tonight, December 19th. While the migration is in progress, the site will be unavailable. I will put up a maintenance notice before starting. Because of the nature of this migration, the site will be receiving a new external IP address. Therefore, DNS propagation will need to take place before you'll be able to access iPhone Dev SDK again. This can take up to 72 hours for each user depending on your individual ISP.

Can you post the new IP address before you shut this all down tonight? Or have some sort of redirect page at the old IP address.
