Glow Dock Pro is an iPhone/iPod touch application that uses wallpapers to give the appearance of a glowing dock on the user's home screen!

When you set the wallpaper, it gives the effect that your application dock on the home screen is glowing the color of your choice! You do this by choosing between 8 dock colors (customizable), and then choosing the background color of the wallpaper (also customizable). You may also choose an image to go in the background behind the dock. There are also four different dock styles to choose from! After that tap, “Save." The image will instantly be saved in the Photos app on your device.
