Looking for constructive feedback to boost my award winning app download

Hi all

I was refer by Benney, author of Helping You Live an Epic Life : Get Busy Living, to post my question here. I am seriously needs your advise on how to promote my app "My Mobile Tracker", which I have spend close to 8 months to develop (iPhone, Android, the Server side, backend integration with SMSGW, PaymentGW, and etc)

My app “My Mobile Tracker” (available in both Android and iPhone App Store, which I believe is the first mobile safety app base on preventive approach, the app BETA is well received by many , and has won us couple of international awards, including:

But somehow the app seems slow to pickup, the best day I have is close to 50 downloads, that's the day when venturebeat cover our story.
