Default Introducing Kumulos: Connect iOS apps to the Cloud and MySQL

Hi Guys,

We've been developing a new online toolkit to make iOS developers' lives easier, and we want your feedback!

Kumulos is a really fast online portal for managing cloud based databases and building APIs. Theres no programming, just a slick, polished interface for defining API methods using configurable API actions.

It even builds all your Objective-C bindings for you, ready to drop straight into your Xcode project.

You can also use it to connect to your own MySQL server, so if you or your clients have a MySQL powered web presence, building an Objective-C app no longer requires any server-side development, Kumulos takes care of all that for you.

It really has to be seen to be believed, so here is a short video showing how I can connect an iOS app to a Wordpress database in record quick time.

You can sign up here: www.kumulos.com

Really looking forward to your feedback!

Looks nice. It looks like you currently only support interfacing with MySQL. Are there any plans of supporting other popular databases?

Default Other Database formats

Hi,

Yes we are certainly looking at supporting other database formats and our underlying tech easily supports it.

We are initially looking at MSSQL and PostreSQL for the next supported databases, however it really depends on what the users want first.

Thanks

Mike
