here's the deal. Freshapps.com is one of the oldest app promotion related sites out there, works kinda like digg, you can add your app, "make it fresh", share with friends, etc... The more "freshes" it gets - the higher it goes on the top lists.

Basically the site is ranked 140,266 on Alexa, and as far as I know, they have around 15-20 thousand unique visitors per month, which may prove as a valuable source of interest for your app if it's ranked high enough.

To cut to the chase, I can provide your app with a number of "freshes" you wish (50 would be minimum), the price would be as follows:
50 freshes - $29
100 freshes - $49
remember anything above 160 freshes gets you on the all time highest freshness top list.
