Hello everyone!

With the release of the "new" iPad you should all be aware that you MUST update your icons if you plan on having people who purchase a new iPad downloading your app(s)!

Here are the new app icon size requirements for the ‘New iPad”

App Icon: 144px x 144px

App Store Icon: 1024px x 1024px

Spotlight Search Icon: 100px x 100px

Settings Icon: 58px x 58px (same as you currently use for the iPhone 4)

Toolbar & Navigation Bar Icons: Approximately 40px x 40px

Tab Bar Icons: Approximately 60px x 60px

Also note the launch images sizes:

Launch Screens: 1536px x 2008px (portrait) & 2048 x 1496 (landscape)

On average Corey, how much would you say you charge for creating an app for a client in the various different sizes?

On average just off the top of my head, i'd say the average cost for the complete set (in all required sizes) for a new app icon would be around ~280ish dollars

I just wanted to chime in to the thread to recommend Corey.
