Hi, i'm looking for a pr agency, prmac seems ok but it doesn't look professional, do you know anything better?
Thank you
What in the world seems unprofessional about PrMac? They are by far the most used press release agency for iOS as far as I can tell. I'm sure a large number of folks on this forum use them - I know I have many times with good results.
So far I am really happy with prMac.
My latest app IWGuide for Netflix (free for iPad) has been approved yesterday, and my press release with prMac will be going out tomorrow AM.
I will be able to see if the number of download increase with the PR out.
While I like the idea that the press release goes out to so many people, I find that it mainly ends up on a lot of "press release" pages and doesn't stand out
Another approach is to contact editors/reports directly. Try to find out who is writing the entertainment/computer section of the paper and contact them directly. Try to pitch your game/app directly to the reporter by making references to his/her previous articles. It is definitely more work, but then again, selling the game/app is more difficult than developing it
PRMac is the best for Apps. PRWeb and MobilePrWire also do the job. Mostly, having a press release published on blogs is the best and the most effective way.

you're right, maybe unprofessional isn't the correct adjective, and I'm sorry with prmac.com, thanks for your answer.
I'll definitively agree with you on prmac looking unprofessional. I also think their website really looks terrible. But everybody recommends them, so that convinced me of using them. They deliver what they promise for not much.
I don't understand why some people say the website looks OK, while they also love to use a Apple products because of their design
