Hi, i think that getting your word to the press with just a single press release wont be enough.
You have to build a relationship with reviewers by sending them different materials until they notice you. Keep in mind that an editor recieves 200 mails each day, so in order to get notice you have to keep trying.
Also, try to make your press release appealing to editors, what i am trying to say is that if you developed your game on an old mac, and only ate fast food in order to achieve your goals, that is a news that might get posted on a site, but if you send
PR like: "We proudly announce the action thriller for iOS blah blah blah" it will not encourage the editors to write about you. that is because they will probably talk about the update of Jetpack Joyride instead of you... Please, watch this video, this will help you a LOT!
