Promoting - does Ispreadnews really work?

Hey , Im just about to launch My first puzzle game Evil Square
(out december 13th)
Trying to find the best way to promote my app and give it the best chance for success on opening release day.

I came across ispreadnews, is it worth it?
will it help with sales?
anybody try it before?
