Is there any sites or software programs that can sort email lists by location

I have a massive list of emails collected from our users, and I know there are sites in which you can type in one email and it will say its country of origin. But i have a list of a few thousand and id like to separate by demographic and region all at once for target marketing.

yep but in a massive scale not an individual basis. I need to categorize thousands of emails so I can target market and give out region specific surveys etc. etc.
