I noticed that we have a distributed knowledge on different promotions available out there, but I can't seem to find any central place to review options available for the promotion. Why not make it here?

Price: initial offer $1000, we'll see if I'll see it through OR revenue sharing
Impact on sales: rumored to be in tens of thousands of downloads a day (to be confirmed)

Price: $1 per user, they offer UUIDs so you can track the value of the customers they bring
Impact on sales: between 10 and 20k I'm led to believe, though my app got somewhere around 5k.
FreeAppADay or FAAD
Price: $3500-$4000 from what people are saying
Impact on sales: 60K-80K of downloads a day (to be confirmed)
