How to submit app to reviewers if promo codes are finished?

Hi,
I have an app pricing $1.99. I want to give my application to the reviewers but i have already used my 50 promo codes. I dont have more promo codes left with me now. Can u guys please tell me how can i submit my app to reviewers if i dont have any promo code left? because i think maximum reviewers require promo codes.

If they are in the same country you can buy gift codes. If they are not all you can do is submit a new version to get more promo codes.

We a german developers and had the same problem. Apple delivered 50 invalid promo codes and their service team never ever sent us new ones.

I then bought an overpriced gift card for the US store, but that cant be used for buying gift codes. Paypal and credit card no chance for non US resident.
