PrMac Mailer and review sites best time to submit

Ok so I have an app out on the 10th september, and just wondering when would the best time be to submit my pr press to pr mac mailer / review sites and wondering if I should delay them etc.

for example do i want the press releases a few days before the release date, on the day or abit after?

I am thinking a few days before is a bad idea because people may forget about your app, however more people would of read it than if it was released on the release of your app.

Definitely do your press release the day of - that's how you drive people to the download page. I can't be bothered to remember stuff in a few hours let alone a day or two
