A new version of AppViz is with significantly enhanced features is up at ideaswarm if anyone is interested in trying it out. It has been almost completely redesigned and now supports currency conversion and review fetching among other things.
Dylan,
Looks really nice. Great new functionality...really like the ability to download worldwide reviews.
The only thing I would like to see is for AppViz to display the graph dates on the Dashboard graph according to the system preferences. i.e. here in the UK, I would like to see 19/1, 20/1 etc.
I'll have a look at adding that; it isn't as straightforward as it may seem since it has to go through the graphing apparatus. Then again, the words localization and straightforward seldom belong in the same sentence =)
I use AppViz and think it is pretty good. The export feature is nice it that it lets me put the data into a format I can easily use for my own database. Also, the latest update added a lot of great features: downloading reviews from all stores is a nice touch - I saw reviews today that I didn't realize where there since they were from non-US stores.
One thing I would like to see is a report that aggregated all the data into one graph - right now you can see how well each app performs but it would be nice to see how they all do together (ie: absolute total sales for all apps over a given timeframe).
They mention a now open source project that will also DL your daily/weekly reports and show them to you, vcomplete with currency conversion and free as in beer :-)
This is the best thing that ever happened to me. Thank you!

I use AppSales on my iPhone but I use AppViz on my desktop. AppSales gives me a quick overview of sales where as AppViz gives me trends, sales to date, Reviews (worldwide) etc.
The latest version of Appviz is improved again and the developer is very open to suggestions.
I managed to fix it. It's a bug if you didn't download any reports then it crashes and doesn't give any kind of alert for that.
I had this exact problem. It seems you have to manually sync the app the first time after you enter your account information by using the little refresh button on the bottom of the main page. If you don't, it will crash.
Just do that once and you're all set. Pretty impressive for a little piece of software. I'd like to have a big YTD or All-Time totals page, but other than that it works excellently.

Isn't svn included on all Macs anyway? I don't think there's a need to download anything new.
Just navigate to the directory you want to put the source in Terminal, and then type the command as it appears on the project's page. There's not a whole lot to it.

Yeah, but I didn't buy a Mac so I can sit there typing in a little terminal window! I likes 'teh shiny" as some of the less articulate out there might call it Plus I figure if he doesn't know how to download or what SVN is he'd be better served with a GUI anyway...

That said, I imagine most people could handle a copy/paste of a single command without too much difficulty. As a one-time thing, I wouldn't think it was a big deal.

Try appfigures (www.appfigures.com). It downloads reports automatically and can also send you daily/weekly reports by email (formatted nicely and with totals).
It also supports multiple apps, has a very nice UI, and is pretty detailed.
We've been using it for a few weeks and love it. And its also free.

Have to second this site so far. Just started using it and it's got everything I need in a sales tracker. Best part is the price: free is always good.

AppSales is provided as source code which means you'll have to download the code and compile it to your device on your own. Theres no "easy download" (thanks to Apple's ridiculus rules...)
If you want something easier to work with try one of the web/desktop based solutions mentioned in this thread.
I have been downloading my stats daily and putting them in a Numbers spreadsheet. It would be nice to have an app that did the work for me, but I'm curious if these tools allow data to be exported to a generic format such as comma or tab-delineated values?
Also, if I started using one of these tools now, do they allow for entering or importing historical data, or would I just have to start from today?
