First, thank you for being so active and thanks also for the great suggestion.
Now you should be able to see a member score along with the tweet. Tweets of inactive members will not be shown at all. I think that's fair.
The score system will be adapted to take into account the number of retweet requests, retweets received and retweets made by a member. It will be available soon.
Please keep up the high level of activity and keep the feedback coming.
Thanks again ....
No wonder I didn't think this worked - I had no idea you had a website to track everything.
And still believe 99.999% will not get read at all. But at least the tweets get retweets and are higher in the searches.
But the recent change of points not disappering after time, does it really make sense? To be "effective" on IDRTG you retweet when there is a tweet with many points, then you wait until your points go down, to like 50 and retweet another valuable tweet.
Saving points up the thousands is ineffective as you go down from like 10,000 to what you get with one retweet in the course of 3 retweets. It is only great for the one who is there for the 1st retweet.
So wouldn't it make sense to have a max retweet value of like 200-300? So saving points makes actually sense if you are tweeting rarely but want those to be retweeted often.

Excellent suggestion! Thanks
We've set the maximum retweet value to 200 points. Let's see how that works.
In the future, we will update the website so users can choose how they want to manage their points. Retweet points can be a fixed amount, a percentage of total points or dynamic.
================================================== ANNOUNCEMENT: 01/22/2012
==================================================
The IDRTG website has been recently updated:
- Website is now much faster.
- Earned points don't expire anymore. Members can save points for big campaigns.
- Maximum retweet value is 200 points to give members more retweets.
==================================================
Wow, you implemented that change fast, I think it works well, no more inflationary points for retweets.
What would help new members would be a reward for following (like 10 points) but that would mean about a million database entries to avoid people unfollowing and following again).
Not that the number of followers means much, but it is nice for newbies to get a basis of followers so they dont look so "naked".
This looks like a great initative. As we only just started using a 'company' twitter account we don't have enough followers yet to participate in IDRTG.
Twitter is famous social networking site, people are using it to promote their brand or product. As per my knowledge these are the main effective marketing technique on twitter like : Website is now much faster, Earned points don't expire anymore. Members can save points for big campaigns, Maximum retweet value is 200 points to give members more retweets.
