I really want to participate on this but, as said before, only US appstore users have the power to use promocodes.

Being on AU appstore I'm affraid these promocodes don't apply to me.

But I think we, non-us can still participate.

What about if we review FREE APPS?

So, people would submit FREE and PROMOCODE Apps. Us guys could use promocodes and review, we, non-us, could review the free apps!
