I do have email for all of them, but I don't give out other people email addresses and certainly wouldn't post them in a forum. Or even mine for that matter. Great way to get more spam bots.
All of their websites have either contact info, contact forms or places to submit your app for review.
Anyone have any stats on downloads after a review was put up?
I have a list of about 30 of the top App Review sites, and after about the 15th ranked, the review sites make no impression worth mentioning in the downloads.
It's just a waste of time contacting all these reviewers if they don't do anything to your downloads.

I run smartappdevelopers.com and we did have the first 50 reviews free. Yes we do have a small admin fee now because the demand is so hi and we need help getting the reviews done. It by no means influences the review. Even if the review site is not #1 on google, it pays to have something to link to from the app store and your website.
Reviews have no impact on sales. My advice is to try and not seek reviews at all. Most of the sites listed here are tiny.
I was reviewed by 148Apps, which is one of the 3 largest in terms of page views, and it didn't make a discernible impact in sales. I was also in Appadvice which is quite large. Again, no impact.
My friend's app was reviewed by Techcrunch which is even bigger and he got a minor spike but that was about it.
Seeking reviews is very much a monkey-see monkey-do mentality among developers but it's a waste of time imo.

+1. I have the same impression too. Unless it's a massive campaign with professionally made videos etc. etc.

if you ask them and send them the lite version link eventhough they dont review it, im pretty sure they will download it if its attractive, and having 40+ more downloads on your lite version will push your ranking up in the free category which eventually will give you more visibility. so even though you dont get reviews you will get more visibility, just keep trying.
I say this based on the experience i had with my world cup app.
the day it started June 11 around 8pm the app was approved. that night i blog like in 200 blogs, and send like 300 emails to personal people regarding the paid version with 3 promo codes on the blogs. and the app went from no where, to position 6 in less than a day.
so whatever you do, it always works as long as you are constant.
