Is there a limit to the number of ads?

I was wondering if there was a limit to how many ads you can show at once. My up coming apps have enough space to support them.

Nope, you can have unlimited # of ad slots per app/view with .app/ads.

I don't think there is an appstore rule that limits number of ads shown on page. I wonder if Apple would allow an app that fills the whole screen with ads and does nothing else.

That's good to know. So lets say you have 3 different ads showing at once, will that affect your eCPM some how?

Can you tell the user to choose an ad, and after they played a round, it automatically redirects them to the chosen ad?

I've been caring an idea for turning such app into a game for 6 months already. I just can't come up with some good game play. Maybe something like: ads coming and you have to shoot them, stack them, toss them, blow them away - I don't know..

If some good idea will come to me I'll publish some game like that.

The game could be free (obviously) but can generate considerable money when users will start shooting (and sometimes clicking) those ads... need an idea.. need an idea..

Back to topic:

Showing multiple ads at the same time could very well affect your revenue potential, as the ad network will notice your CTR going down. Publishers/Apps with better CTR will more likely receive higher paying ads than Apps with bad CTR.
