I am in the biggest problem in my life ! , please please please help

i have iPhone 4 , Version 4.0

Suddenly .. my iphone Closed , and asked me to connect to itunes !

when i plug it , i had massege :
iTunes has detected an iphone in recovery mode . you must restore this iphone before it can be used with itunes .

!!
so .. my iphone is unlock !
and its Version 4.0.1

i try many thing but nothing work


please help me please !
