[Cinema display] Hard problem ?

did someone encounter an issue similar to this on a cinema display ?

I've read about problems on iMac but didnt find any pictures about it.

I saw that when shutting down my mac. It's not so visible when the luminosity is at its max but when the screen is black it's awful
