What is the best way to find IOS design/development work?

I have over 12+ years of experience designing & developing websites, flash and most recently IOS apps.

I was hoping someone can help me, I'm trying to find some work in regards to designing/developing IOS apps. What is the best way to find IOS development work.

Get invited to an invitation only developer and designer site, or two. There are usually jobs on those sites.

Sites like Elance etc... Meh. You won't get the job unless you charge $10 a day and have a team running like a sweatshop.
