Decided to share some of the other programs I have found that I use with iOS development:
Pixen - Open source art editor, few bugs, but it's great for doing sprites. Gimp - Free Photoshop program, use this and Pixen together. CFXR - 8-bit sound effect maker.
+1 for CFXR. Amazing sound effect maker. Tiled - Great tile-editor for side-scrolling or overhead games. Pieceable - Not software, but amazing web application for sharing interactive iOS applications online.
