Realistic Mobile Developer Requirements

I learned to program because I wanted to program for iOS devices. I become comfortable with the SDK. I started to look at numerous jobs trying to see if I could land a job as a developer. With the exception of a few it seems that you are required to know, iOS, Android, BlackBerry and WP7. Now I am not expert but it seems to me that this requirement is pretty unrealistic. It seems someone would be a specialist in one possibly two of these platforms. Especially seeing how new these platforms are. Are these requests unrealistic, or am I the one who is under educated? Is this simply a lack of knowledge from the person offering the position?

I am an engineer by trade and it seems equivalent to asking a mechanical engineer who specializes in HVAC to work on the design of space craft. Both are mechnical engineering fields, but time and dedication are needed to be considered a specialist.

If the job title is mobile developer than knowing how to create apps for iOS, Android, Blackberry, and WP7 is realistic. I'm pretty sure there are people out there that know these platforms and those are the people that are going to get hired. The key word there is mobile. If the job title was iOS development than yes it is would be unrealistic.
