Advice for new indie dev

Hello everyone,
I just started working on my first app for App Store. I have made a couple of apps for local businesses/online freelance but now I want to start developing my own app that I will market and watch it take over Angry Birds.

I know I am going into a nightmare, staying up all night coding / debugging. I was wondering if you guys can give me any advice / heads up in general.

Oh, btw, I am a full time university student as well (3rd year).
