Apple's Charge for handling Free Apps

I'm having trouble finding an accurate answer to a question. Our company just launched its first app, offered for free. I've seen the price tier structure in iTunes Connect, but it says nothing about free apps or what sort of handling charge Apple might impose on the vendor for those. Dose anyone know, definitively, what Apple's policy is in this area, and where I might read up on that?
