If you can't fund your paypal, how will you pay us back? It's only 'lending' if the lender gets the money back.

Not that I need to explain myself, but I'm out of town and I needed to pay an online service that only accepts paypal but I have no way of transfering money to paypal here, I was going to pay back the $5 when I returned home, but I don't need it anymore, thanks anyway.
