clicks 1412 and only 7$ what is going on ecpm is 0.3 but paying lower than ecpm wth

How is that possible? You get for one click 0,56 Cents. This is very strange because if you make an admob campaign your min bid is in every country higher than 3 cents. so where are now the 2,44 cents? (3-0,56)

That means that admob takes over 80% of the revenue. Apple is indeed contrast with 40% very generous.

I hope that can not be right or?

Ads just suck, funny that every week there is someone complaining about <insert name here> ad company.
Paid apps and IAP for good quality apps are the way to go.

as far as I know most of the ad networks give more than 60% of the rev share to developers…

Yes and if your a premium publisher they usually give something like 70%
