HMM an interesting question that.
To be honest my preference here would be to create my own. The problem with published papers like that is a potential candidate can find and learn them before arriving at your interview door.
So i would create a 5-10 question (i dont know your time constraints but obviously tailor it to your situation) paper with varying questions about any part of the language. for example question 1 could be to find the memory leak that has been left in a class, and question 10 could be write the psuedo code to perform a certain task of your choosing that must include ideas and methods from this list.
I hope im clear there, and i havent written the questions because its lunch - off for some food :P.
