Default start mySQL server from command line on Mac OS

I installed mySQL for my Mac. Beside starting the SQL server with mySQL.prefPane tool installed in System Preference, I want to know the instruction to start from command-line.
I do as follow:

I start the mySQL server by command-line, it produce error as below:

Did you read the "Security" section of the manual? The basic problem is that it's not considered safe to run MySQL as root, so you are being prevented from doing so.

To be honest, there aren't many good reasons to run it from the command line that I know of, so I'm not even sure how to do it myself any more. Are you sure you need to?

You should probably checkout running a local web-server like MAMP which is really easy to use and has PHPMyAdmin installed too for easy MySQL database modification.
