Default Mac App Store showing my own app as "installed"

Well this is a weird problem: the Mac App Store refuses to allow me to download a copy of my own app, as it tells me it's already installed.

I've done a system wide search and trashed all .app files from the project's build folder, does anyone know how the MAS determines if an app has been "installed" ?

Happened here too. I fixed by deleting EVERY build directory (debug/release) builds for the app (even the new obscure build dirs for Xcode 4), deleting all the preferences for the app under Username/Library/Preferences/ and every setting in /Username/Library/Application Support/App Name and emptying the trash and restarting the Mac App Store app.
