Default Need design advice (screenshot inside) - Groups/Members Interface

I am working on an applications that classify sessions by groups.

I am looking for some advices on my "Groups/Members Interface"

Here is a screenshot, what do you guys think?

I'm a bit worried that someone may easily mistake "add/remove/settings" buttons from the Groups list and the Members list

I'm opened to suggestions and if anyone have examples of good usage of a similar interface I'm interested to see it.

Thanks

I'm hardly a master of UI design, but I'd recommend using a different button style for the add/remove sessions interface than the groups interface. What I'd start by doing is adding an actual add/remove button (with text, not graphics) on the lower right side and play around with that.

I think having those buttons like that are OK. I think some Apple utilities and apps have it organized like that too right? (Address Book)

But if you have time, specialized buttons would be better for some users.
