Xcode Simulator NOT loading app (ASAP)

When using Xcode for OS X development, I cannot load my app. After I press the "run" button, the icon appears on the dock but just hangs there and goes into "not responding" mode.

Any ideas?

Your original post described something wrong with a Mac application, if it's an iPhone problem, post in the appropriate forum.
