Default Mac CoreGraphics Game help

Hey, I'm trying to figure out how to draw things to the screen and also detect key and mouse input. Though I can't seem to find a tutorial.
I've already learned quite a bit with iPhone programming. I know that most of the knowledge carries over but I'd like a basic structure to get started on.

Thanks,
-Gan
P.S. I've written a few tutorials for making iPhone games with a template I put together for those with little to no programming experience:
My iPhone Game Tutorials for Beginners
I'd like to do the same but for the mac platform.
P.S.S. Please don't refer me to books or anything that would need to be bought.
