Default How different is OSX Development from iPhone/iPod Touch Development?

Is it still all written in Obj-C? What are the main differences in coding for OSX, compared to coding for iPhone OS?

UI elements of course, plus the available system resources are much greater under OS-X.

Obviously UI Elements.

And I guess I've just confirmed my level of geekiness. After reading "available system resources are much greater" I felt a surge of excitement - as I hadn't even thought of that.

So Obj-C is entirely usable for OSX development? I've been learning it for iPhone OS development, and I'd love to branch off into OSX development as well.
