Default Quick Newbie Question

Hi I have started iPhone developing, and I was just a bit curious. Two little questions - can you develop Mac games using XCode, and do you have to apply for the $500 ADC program to develop for Mac? Secondly, can you use this software for PC game development?

Thanks

Xcode is the standard development toolset for Mac OS X. You can develop any kind of application for Mac OS X using it. Including games. You don't need an ADC membership to develop applications for Mac OS X. If you join, you get some technical support incidents and some other benefits. But it's not required. On the other hand, there's no app store for Mac OS X either. You're on your own for sales and distribution.

No, Xcode does not produce applications for Windows, if that's what you were asking.
