safari plugin & divx decoder

hello all,

I want to implement a safari plugin that will get video stream with some informal format.
After parsing the video stream,I want to send frames to DivX to decode.

I have studied how to build a safari and konw how to parse the informal format I get.

How to send the frames I parsed to DivX to decode
Can anyone give me a help
