Copying a file from the documents folder

I have a game I'm developing that saves a file (called Slot00.dat) into the documents folder. I need to retreive this file from an iPad 2 for testing purposes.

I cannot seem to access the file from iTunes. Is there any other way I can get a copy of the file?

This was simpler than I thought. Just needed to add UIFileSharingEnabled to the info.plist and now I can copy the file off in iTunes.
